What we remember: Caden had the "happiest" run of any child. It was more like a prance. He LOVED Thomas the Train and loved to sing to the theme song as loud as he could. His favorite trains were Thomas and Percy. He always had them in each hand. Caden loved meat...just like his Daddy. While Ethan liked cookies, Caden was content with a piece of turkey for a snack. Caden loved playing on the computer, solving puzzles, books, trains and trucks and tractors. Before Caden could pronouce Ethan he called him "Ahi." Later, when he could better pronounce names he would refer to Ethan and himself as "Etnan/ Canan" Caden sang all the time. He loved to sing "Thomas and his Friends" and the ABC song most of all. We miss his singing in the car. Caden always asked for his milk using sign language. He always said "thank you" verbally and with a sign as well. Caden always yawned about 5 minutes into any car ride. He would never fall asleep but would always yawn out loud. He reminded us of grandpa Aaron in this way. Caden loved to count! He counted everything! Even when Ethan and Caden went down a slide, Caden would count. Ethan would get a little anxious because instead of counting "1,2,3 go" Caden would keep counting, 14, 15, 16,.... We had to change our counting routine to count backwards "3,2,1 go" instead.
